I made my doctors goal weight two months ago. Today I made my personal goal in a total of 10 1/2 months. I could have not done this without the support of my family and even more so my OH friends they always seem to know when to encourage and when to slap you, they are the best.

Now I have the biggest challenge ahead of me. I heard a saying from a OH friend that the first year is 80% the tool and 20% your mind and after that it reverses. I will need the encouragement from my OH friends even more now that I'm heading into the next exciting part of this life long journey.

I haven't felt this giddy about myself since I asked my wife out on our first date and she said yes and that has been almost 30 years ago.
