Good morning Family and Friends! How are ya this morning? I am wonderful. I had kind of a rough nights sleep, but I feel GOOD!!  It's gonna be a great day!

I have my Boca Java Moca Java Coffee and the fireplace going. Keeping the chill broken. What a great day to walk in the presence of God. The coffee SURE IS GOOD!!!  What are you sippin on?

In stead of a challenge today, I have a question for ya! Would you rather be without TV for a year or give up your favorite food for 2 years?   Makes you think huh?  I am going to do this type of question for the next few weeks.  Just something different than my usual challenge.  Each day will be quite different!  LOL  I have some good ones lined up.

Y'all have a great day and enjoy yourselves!!

Interesting, Randy!

I would absolutely get rid of TV.  I hardly watch it anyway - other than having the news on in the background while I get ready for work or make dinner or get ready for bed, I honestly hardly ever watch anything.  Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is about the only show I might make an effort to watch - but I probably only catch parts of it once or twice a month..

I'd LOVE to get the rest of my family off TV, too!

Favorite food?  What is that anyway.  Sure take it away.  There is not a single TV show I have to see, but I like the TV on in the background, even if all that is on is Andy Griffith re-runs.  Now if you were to take away like my top 10 favorite foods, that might make a difference.

Take my TV - haven't had cable in my apt since Apr 1 (thus no reception) and have not missed it at all!  Don't like silence, so just been turning on the stereo or popping in a dvd...but don't truly sit down much to watch anything in particular.

Hey Randall! Hope everyone is healing well in your household - what a crazy past month you've had.

Love the new direction you're taking, and to answer your question - take the TV! I watch a few programs with my family now and then, but honestly, I could live without it.

My favorite food? I don't really have one anymore, but since I'm required to eat protein, I guess I better keep my food.

Sending you & Lucy my best!

I say take the TV.  I haven'****ched it in 2 years except to watch Dora the Explorer, Tinkerbell and Cars DVD's with my 3 year old.  And lately we haven't even been turning on the TV for that.  I would rather her play with something that she has to use her brain for.

Now my favorite food.  Not quite sure what that is any more and I haven't even had my surgery yet, but from what I've read I will need to eat plenty of protien and make sure I get in plenty of the rest of it too so I guess I better keep those for now.

Hello Randall....

I would give up food.....have all ready. I haven't had ice cream or pasta in over two years...they are my favorites.

I don'****ch a lot of TV but couldn't give up Hell's Kitchen or CSI.

Love  and hugs....connie d

I would say take the TV. I have favorite shows, but I can live without them. As far as food goes We need the protein!! That is what our world revolves around. I no longer have a favorite food, I just eat because I know I have to.
