update

I called my surgeons office and they determined that I had gotten some toast stuck and now my pouch is swollen and irritated.  They want me to go on liquids for 5 days or so too let it heal.  I want to THANK YOU guys for your input........... I really never ever want to experience that ever again.  It was the first and I hope the last time.  I still feel crummy and hope it will get better in time.........

Wow, who would have guessed a piece of toast could do that much damage?!?!  I am glad you found the cause of your problems and I hope you are feeling better soon!

Been there, done that - felt like crap. Will get better. Give yourselves a couple of days.

I am glad that they found out what the problem is and you are in my prayers to heal completely....bring on the liquids and heal!!!

Just read all your recent happenings, Holy cow!! Maybe just Holy Toast!  I hope your really on the mend, no more toast for you. I have not been there, so will not pretend to even know what you went through. I offer healing thoughts your way, Hope I never go through that and pushes you over some nice chicken broth soup- homemade for sure!
