what do I do

I ate about 1/4 to 1/2 cup green beans for lunch at 11am didn't feel the greatest, started to get dizzy and feeling goofy (I think from not eating) and then at 2pm I ate some crustless pumpkin pie that we had in the fridge.  Now I feel crappy again and it feels like the pain is coming on.  My Dr. said to go on prilosec i am already on an antacid so is this really gonna be better.  What do I do.  I really don't think it is acid related? or is it..........  HELP!!!!!!!!

Looking at what you ate......I would feel lowsy too.....You need some PROTEIN girl......

Protein shake or tuna, fish, something high in protein.......

Drink a protein shake or slimfast. LIQUIDS! Give your tummy a rest. Maybe you have an ulcer?

Marsha, honey, like the others said - PROTEIN!  I see none in green beans or pumpkin pie.  You need to remember the basics - PROTEIN FIRST, plenty of liquids.

And not all antacids are created equal, so give the Prilosec a try.  My hubby takes that, it really helps him.  He's had reflux issues for years...
