I've been following your journey as well as that of Mike. I'm so happy to hear about the 17 lb. loss and your positive attitude in preparing for this next step in your pursuit towards a healthier lifestyle. I can't wait to hear how you both succeed in the coming months!!!

I hope to have all my requirements met in about 2 weeks to submit (with my bariatric center) all the paperwork for insurance approval with HealthPartners.

Good luck Mary !  I had my surgery on Aug. 7 of this year (and also lost 17 lbs on liquids before surgery) I have lost 55 lbs as of today and have not regretted one single minute of this new journey. Here's to your new life !!

Go Mary! Go Mary! Yay Mary!   You'll shine like a star and everything will be just fine for you. I can't believe my RNY was already a month ago. Before you know it, you will be an old pro!
