It's a little better
The burning went away, and it doesn't hurt like it did. WOW I never want to experience that again. I have been keeping my distance on here and not posting. However, I do log on everyday and read what is going on. I just don't think I should respond when I am not doing what I am supose to myself. Does that make sense? I need to get back on track and eat the way I should, And do what I am supose too. The support at home slacked alot and I find myself eating more and more. This I think was a wake up call for me, and my hubby. I am so mad at myself, thinking it won't happen to me. The only advice I have for you all is PLEASE do what your told, don't try to do more than what is asked. I am almost 2 years out and it can still very well happen. I hope my tummy settles down it doesn't hurt like it did but it still doesn't feel right. I will keep you posted.

Your tummy is recovering from whatever trauma it was dealing with yesterday. I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on tv, but MY suggestion would be to focus on soft, slider foods for a few days. Give your pouch a while to recover. Just make sure they're GOOD slider foods, k? Yogurt, refried beans, maybe some egg salad.... soft & easy on the pouchie!!
Hugs to you...
Oh - and as for that notion of not posting because you're not doing what you're supposed to be doing? PISH POSH! Come here, confess your sins, offer up your arse for some public kicking - I'm thinking that's a GOOD way to stay focused and get yourself back on track!!
