Wow work-out moments...
For the past two weeks I have been working out pretty much every day. I decided to get a membership at the YMCA, which so far has been great. I have been trying to take all sorts of different classes.
I took a BodyPump class which is a strengthening class. The first time I took it about 4 years ago...I almost died, like literally almost died. I couldn't even walk down the stairs after the class. Well I did the class again and could not believe what a difference 130 pounds makes. Don't get me wrong, I was still in major pain for days after, but I did it and did the whole class!
Then today I decided to try the BodyStep class. It was hard...it KICKED MY BUTT, but I did it. 45 minutes for a pretty hard workout, but I did and did the whole thing. I couldn't believe I did it! I was exhausted after, I thought I was going to die, but I did it and kept up! It amazed me that I was able to do it. It makes me more motivated to keep going and getting better at it.
