SUN: How are you moving? (final)
Hey everyone! This is going to be the last daily post I am going to do for some time. I've been pretty consistent for quite a few months now and need to step back and concentrate on my non-virtual life for a while. You don't have to keep it up by any means but if you're in the mood to be accountable on any given day, just post what you ate or how you moved!
So how are you moving today?

I plan to do 45 minutes cardio on My Fitness Coach, 30 minutes lower body on My Fitness Coach and 45 minutes of my salsa dance exercise video... hoping to top that off with 15 minutes of yoga if I have the energy.
