All I have to say is YAY FOR ME

I am down from 240 when I started the journey, to 188.4 today

I have lost 43% of my expected weightloss - which is above avg- most 3 month post ops are @ 20-30%

My diet is great according to the NUT and now just work on building fruits and veggies in more at meals

I can't believe I've lost 50.4 lbs total! OMG!!!
