Hey everyone! What are you eating today?

B: Protein shake with banana
S: Cup of hot milk with honey and butter
L: Chicken breast w/ brussel sprouts and cheese
S: Milk
D: Salmon fillet

shake: protein shake that I didn't finish because I tried making it with instant coffee for a fun "mocha"
shake and I think the instant coffee hitting my stomach first thing this morning made me feel really really icky now....
SO... I think today will be a day of back to basics for the pouch....

l: cottage cheese and peaches
d: hormel 98% fat free turkey chili
