I was very happy to change my status from waiting on approval to approved and scheduled for surgery!!!!
I've been waiting for my letter, which still didn't come in the mail today, but I got a call from SPS telling me I was approved and they were ready to schedule my surgery. I was surprised they were able to schedule it for just three weeks away.
Can't believe how fast this is happening now, but I know it is the right thing for me and I'm looking forward to posting some before and after pics and tracking my weight loss.

The hardest part for me is not drinking with meals; that's hard to get used to. Like you, I don't always stick to it, but I know after surgery I will have to so I'm not too worried about it. It should be much easier to follow the rules post-op, and if I don't there will be a little aversion therapy to help get me back on track.
I'm sure you are going to be fine! I'll be looking for you on the 2nd. I plan on posting some pictures to my profile soon, but if not you'll know its me because I have a tattoo that matches my avatar. My name is Delia (Rufus and Lily are my two dogs) and I look forward to meeting you in person![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/happy.gif)
