B: Protein shake with banana
L: Brussel sprouts with cheese

D: Salmon w/ cucumbers

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Lately I've been eating quick & easy things since I got my Foster puppy, mostly fruit & yogurt, now when I try to eat a meal I get shaky, rapid heartbeat, and an instant headache......

Your foods sound great!  I'm on day 7 of two weeks of liquid so:

Liquid protein drinks
Chicken broth
sugar free popsicle
sugar free pudding
