SWAPKINS update

Just a reminder as the time nears...

Swapkins will be on Saturday, October 10th at my apartment (party room) in Maple Grove... starting at 2 p.m.

Bring the clothes you shrank out of.... and get some new digs as well! It'll be a party of clothes swapping and socializing! We'll hopefully have a lot of sizes to choose from.

Both pre-ops and post-ops are welcome! Even if you're a post-op at goal... would love to see you there. Just your presence (along with a before picture) is SUPER inspiring to those at the beginning of the process! So please consider it!

We will have a pot luck... bring a WLS-friendly snack, meal, dessert or drink. If you are able to bring up to $5 to pitch in for the party room, that would be appreciated. It's $50 to rent the room.

PM me (click the CONTACT button at the bottom of my post) for my address (and also introduce yourself if you are not a regular poster on the board)... this is just a safety precaution. Also let me know what you plan to bring for food so we don't get too many of one thing.

I am hoping to make it to Swapkins and return some of the great clothes I got there last fall, since I have only been to the fall Swapkins I am just wondering if you think there will be size 10 or 12's there. Not that I won't come but I am just so looking forward to the exchange of clothes and I don't remember if there was much in those sizes in fall. Not that you probably know what size each person will be bringing BUT if any of you out there think you'll be bringing those sizes please let me know I am getting desperate for clothes, especially now that it's getting cooler out.
