Hey everyone! WHAT ARE YOU EATING TODAY?

Me? I need to get back to tracking. I noticed myself falling off the tracking wagon for 3 days because I was eating junk that I didn't want to account for. Sooooooooooo... I am back on track today.

B: Protein shake
L: Salad
D: Tilapia w/ cucumbers

Yep, needto be more accountable, since I have a new goal to get to my my goal of 140 pounds by Jan 1, 2010!
