SUN: How are you moving?
Hey everyone! How are you moving today?
The memorial for my dear friend was yesterday and all I wanted to do was curl up and sleep. I couldn't seem to sleep last night so at 2am I forced myself to exercise. I have skipped 3 days of exercising on My Fitness Coach and I am not happy about it. So I did 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of yoga and then 15 minutes of strength training on the Wii Fit. I am proud!
Today I am going to the RenFest and will do A LOT of walking! In the morning I plan to get up and do either cardio or yoga just to stay in the habit of doing My Fitness Coach.
