Eating bad

Is it stuck? If it's stuck... sometimes a tiny bit of soda works to open things up and pu**** through. Otherwise.... if it's down... then it's down as far as I know.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

If you're just looking to not to accumulate calories and fat, then nope, you can't just "flu****" through. Doesn't work that way.
