Hi everyone Is miralax safe to take every day? I have been for the last few weeks and man does my tummy burn at times? Just curious.........

My doctor has me take a ducosate (stool softener) every day... Working great so far!

I've been taking it daily for a few years. A gastro Dr. told me it was safe to take indefinitely. Doesn't make my tummy burn - wonder if something else is going on for you?

Burning pouch? EEK! Got an ulcer, Marsha??? Better get it checked out, Miralax shouldn't cause any irritation.

Hi Marsha... Maralax does not cause stomach burning...it is safe to use everyday.

Please check with your doctor on that burning sensation.

My 9 year old has been on it for 7 years. The doctor said it is safe to take everyday for the rest of your life. It is some good stuff!!!!!!!
