OT sick dog

Our yellow lab Max is really sick, I have to take him to the vet at 10:00.  He is very lethargic, won't eat, is losing weight, will drink..but not alot.

he just turned 2 in August.  Well here is the update....Max has pancreatitis, he is getting fluids at the vet clinic now, and we have to pick him up at 6 and take him to the vet hospital in Apple Valley for overnight care....my poor little man!!

How sad...... the poor little guy. Hope he is feeling better soon!

Thank goodness you took him in and he is getting what he needs.  They are so innocent!

It just breaks my heart..he is a big part of our family...he is my husbands hunting dog, my kids wrestling pal, my snuggly boy....and man I know he misses us...you should have seen his face when he figured out I was leaving him at the vets....SAD!!!

I keep praying that he will be better and that he can come home tomorrow....then its rice and hamburger diet for him for 5 days.

Max is such a sweet dog, only time he barks is when someone (person or vehicle) comes in the driveway that he does not know...other than that he is running around outside with his ball and playing in the kiddie pool.

He is home!!  I went to the apple valley pet hospital at 6:30 this morning to get him...how he is lying right here by me, happy happy happy...feeling so much better!!  Thanks you all for your prayers and well wishes, they meant alot to me!!
