I caved and ate Bugles.. and man do i regret it! GAS!!!

FYI.. and maybe they won't affect you like they did me.. but I ate Bugles yesterday.. you know those nacho cheese flavored "bugle" shaped snacks.. I had a major cave in and did it...

Well today I have been nothing but gas.. like the entire day... I am dying.. and its that almost painful gas until I toot... and it is like never ending!

Stay far away from these things! I have not had any "gas" issues post surgery with any food.. but this sure did it!

LOL gas can definitely be a painful sucker!

If you put a Bugle on the tip of all 10 fingers and consume that way, you won't get gas.

I'd say you've been LUCKY so far! Gas is one of those things that seems to affect more post-ops than not. I know I'VE had WAYYY more than my share! You just learn to let 'r RIP and laugh about it!

Oh - and evasive tactics in public. Very important to come up with some of those. Find someone with a baby/toddler still in diapers and let it slip near them. They'll be checking the diaper, not suspecting you!
