MON: How are you moving?

Hey everyone! How are you moving?

I moved a ton yesterday.... 30 minutes on My Fitness Coach, 45-minute bike ride, danced for 2 hours and 30 minutes of yoga... feewfta.

Today I will do 30 minutes of cardio on My Fitness Coach.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
