SAT: How are you moving?

Hey everyone! It took me literally about an hour to get this up since I have no internet... but I did catch a wek signal and was able to do it!!

How are you moving today?

Me?

Yesteday I did 30 minutes of Nordic walking, 15 min of cardio and 15 min of yoga. I feel pretty damn proud!

Today I will definitely do cardo... prob 30 min. Then lower body strength training and yoga.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
