What is your protein intake daily?
Are you doing your B-12 shots?
Taking all your supplements?

And yes.. many veterans on here told me we can be tired for quite awhile after surgery..
I've gone through a few bouts of exhaustion myself... I just make sure I up my protein and water during those times... and I even make sure I go on a walk and keep moving durin gthose times, excercise really helps...

Not enough for Protien intake due to the discomfort I feel from my gallbladder at this time, I am taking B-12, working into vitiamins still hard for me to take all the pills....Water is also hard to get in with my Gallbladder flaring up! Grrr so tired of these complications!!!

Well I can see how with complications its hard to do these things.. and getting your gallbladder out will help...

But its absolutely VITAL you get your protein in.. I shoot for 80-100 every day.. and no I don't hit that goal every day, but I get at least 60g in...

My protein and water intake directly affect how I feel and function... If I don't get at least 6 glasses of water in, I feel like a waste of space... I hve to get 6-8 glasses in every day or I really lack energy...

Hope you feel better soon after the gallbladder is out...

Hi Diane. I was really drained for the first 3 months. Once I added walking 4-5 times a week, 30 min I perked up.  Getting enough protein really does make the difference. Hopefully after your gallbladder is out that will be easier for you.  Had you been getting enough prior to the g.b problem? About the vitamins, are you taking pills except b12 sublingual, or have you tried chewables? If you're struggling with pills, you should really go to chewables to ensure you're getting them all in. So important! I sent you a PM.
