Finally, under 200 !
I posted a few days ago about not being able to get under 200 pounds and being in a yucky stall for 4+ weeks. Yesterday morning I hit 199, and this morning was 198. Am very excited about that.
What's changed? I have been exercising again, walking every other day and have been nixing all junk carbs and focusing big time on protein. I got 120G the other day (thanks in part to chili w/ TVP for lunch, chicken for dinner and a protein shake as a snack) Have also been forcing myself to drink more water. Most days I get at least 60 ounces just from water, but yesterday I probably had double that. Must make a major difference.
