Moments that make me Shake my Head in AWE!!!

I was looking through some pictures today and I recalled a conversation I had with my sister-in-law this summer about collar bones. I looked at the below picture with her and commented about how I loved to look at my new collar bones and she thought that was funny! I had told her that I don't recall ever having collar bones before in my "life" and this was amazing to me. She thought that was odd that I would even think about that! Its certainly not something that I thought about prior to surgery! Its an added bonus to having the surgery! I love seeing that I have collar bones!! Who would have thought!!

Also today I went to the Doctor and I had to put on a hospital gown. I have not need to do that since I had surgery! Before surgery and shorly after I had the large gown or two gowns one in front and one in back! But, today I was able to wear a normal gown and actually tie the ties with no issues! Plenty of room!! Again something i would never have thought of before. But., as I have been on this journey I cherish ever moment as this is the new me and shows the success I have had!! So my message to you is cherish each and every moment even the little things and even if others think its silly. It not! Things that others have perhaps taken for granted.

Wishing you all the best on your journey!
God Bless, Angela

After 160 pounds lost, I sort of have collar bones. My little aha has been my wrists and hands. I often catch a glimpse and think, "Who's hands are those?...OH they're mine!" Revelle in the little things.

Oh, and those are sure some sexy collar bones!

Collar bones are priceless!  I am loving mine.. can't you tell in my pic too? I can't remember the last time I could see them... and I have definition of my neck muscles too now.. how great is it to turn your head and actually see the muscles flex and show?

Congrats on fitting into a single, regular gown - that's big!  And I'm with you on loving my (new to me) collar bones!  Who would think that bones showing is a good thing?
