The struggle to get under 200
I've been gaining and losing the same few pounds for at least 4 weeks, probably longer I can't even remember. This morning I finally lost a pound so I'm at 202. I need to make and achieve this little goal to get to 199 by the end of the week. I'm going to exercise more than I have as of late, and be very focused on protein and getting enough water. I've been struggling with both lately, mainly out of laziness and straight up poor choices. Three pounds in a week I think is achievable if I follow the rules and do what I'm supposed to. Just posting here to be accountable. I want that 199!

This could have been my post. I only weigh on Tuesdays and today was 203, last week 204.0, week before 204.2. I try to focus on the positive-smaller clothes, have a waist, but I really just want to be under 200. So know that you are not alone in wanting your goal achievement. Maybe we should check in next week and see how it goes!

I've been struggling the last 3 months with this!!! I've been as low as 190 then I had some really tough times and turned to food and now trying to get back down to the 190 again (I'm between 197 - 202 depending on the day). I totally know its all my choices so its just a matter of getting back into things and being motivated. I'm suppose to go in for my 1.5 year check up soon and I'm nervous because I don't want to be heavier than I was at my year check up. I guess that needs to be my motivation!

You can do it honey...I know you can!! I was at the dr today for my INR draw...it was to low, so they increased my warfarin again..ugh...but I weighed 222...so that part was good. I wish I could go on walks with you, I am still hobbling around...but hey, call me...all my kids are in school now so I am free!!

You have been making remarkable progress and should be proud of where you are. You will go through times when you stall and that goal seems illusive. Shake your food up a little. Eat some different things in different portions. When I hit a stall this is what I did and it worked. Turns out in most cases I wasn't eating enough and the increase in food was what my body wanted. Some weeks I would drop over 5 pounds. What works for one person will not always work for another but it's worth a try. I'll be waiting for the Onderland post!
