Good Labor Day to you all! How are you moving?

Me? Yesterday I did 30 minute of cardio and 15 minutes of yoga... felt great!!

Today I plan to do 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of yoga... and maybe take a 15 minutes nordic pole walk outside.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
