Here's me...
B: Cottage cheese or protein shake
L: Brussel sprouts, chicken sausage
D: Tortilla pizza

WELL......I need to be accountable....I've been eating like sh*t, and the scale shows it.....
I'm so off track......Too much personal crap going on......uhhh....I keep telling myself, one day at a time.....Then I see the scale shoot up 4 pounds, WTH?
Today I PLAN on having my protein shakes and nothing else except for my Banannas....I hope I can do it.....

I haven't been on the board for quite some time now, but checked in this morning and decided that I would play too.
B: Coffee w/Syntha 6 Carmel Latte
L: 1 c. Fage 0% Greek yogurt w/frozen berries & granola sprinkled on top
1/2 an apple
1 mozzerella cheese stick
D: Grilled bratwurst w/grilled onions & red, yellow & green pepper strips (just like at the Farmer's Market)
S: Sunflower seeds
