Thanks for the help on finding the sugar  free syrups I found them at Cubs and Target and they are very good.

Glad you found them.  Sam's carries a sf Kahlua flavor that is to die for!

What do you use SF syrup in?  I've tried one in my protein shake and it was good, but don't know what else to try.

I can do this, I can do this, I can do this - AND SO CAN YOU!!

I have only tryed them in my protein drink because it is unflavored
