Hi Elena!  I am proud of myself...I need to get out and exercise more and am comitted to doing so now.  Yesterday afternoon I took the dog and my almost 3 yr old to the lakewalk and walked for a while...not a fast walk but better than nothing.  Last night DH rode his bike to a meeting at church so when it was almost over I got on my bike and rode to meet him and back with him.   It's almost a mile each way not a huge ride but hey much better than I have been doing.   I really enjoyed it too.  I have a meeting tonight and am thinking I'll do another bike ride quick before I go.   We also brought in the recumbant bike from the garage...and are getting a treadmill to use this weekend.  

You are looking awesome by the way!!!   My DH had the lapband back in June and is struggling a bit right now with being at a stall...I will show him your latest pic maybe it'll lift him up.

The stalls are hard with the band... they can be really long! Tell him to hang in there!! :)
