sf syrups
Cub Food carries a limited supply of them. Festival Foods also.
World Market used to be THE place to get them locally, but I believe they closed, at least I know the one in Roseville did. Not sure about their other locations (like Woodbury & Maple Grove, etc.).
ETA: I am talking about the Torani brand syrups only. Not sure about any of the other brands.

Look for them in the coffee isle of your grocery store... ideally located on the top or bottom shelf of course... Cub has them right by the self serve coffee beans on the top shelf.
I prefer Starbucks SF syrups over Caribou... Caribou's sugar free chocolate sucks.. it tastes like a tootsie roll instead of chocolate... lol (I used to work at Caribou)...

Someone already mentioned this, but I get mine from Starbucks. I have to tell you that I personally think Caribou's SF syrups are AWFUL. Starbucks go for $6.95. Sometimes they don't sell them because they are low on supply, but that doesn't happen often.
