How are you moving today?


Me? I'm going to take my Nordic poles out and walk. I danced last night for an hour and a half and it was quite the workout. I drank TONS of water to keep myself hydrated so that helped!!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I walked 2 miles at dawn.

I also walked 2.5 miles at lunch time.

Went to the gym and worked out for my usual two hours this morning.

I plan on taking a walk this afternoon.
