Good morning everybody I got my date Sept. 17th at 10:00 am. I am so happy I start on my liquid diet on thursday and I know I can do it. I have been replacing my breakfast and lunch with liquid to help me adjust to all liquid and it will bw apiece of cake.Hope to see you guys on the losers bench real soon.

Congratulations!  What a great thing that you've already been replacing two meals with liquid, that will be such a help to you once you covert to all liquid!

Congrats! We have the same surgeon. Dr. Lederer is wonderful. That's great you're already doing liquid breakfast/lunch. You'll be able to do the rest no problem!

HUGE congrats on finally getting your date! I agree with the others (even tho I'm not 'there" yet) that drinking 2 shakes a day already should help! For the past 5 days I've been replacing 1-2 meals with shakes to not only start getting used to them, but to help me lose my require 18 lbs. before surgery. Forming the healthy habits early HAS to help!

BEST OF LUCK, and even tho I still have about 4 weeks before all of my requirements appointments and docs can be submitted to insurance for approval, I wish you all the best and hope your date arrives quickly and transition is easier because you were well prepared!
