trying to get pregnant....questions
It took me over a year to get pregnant once off Depo, but I was 300+ at that time. I'm sure that made a difference. If you're not getting your period, I suppose once that returns you'll know the Depo is out of your system. Good luck!

I can't answer your question about Depo, as it was never my friend.
But I would suggest that you do talk to your PCP and bariatric nurse about what kind of vitamin regimen changes you can start making now. I changed my multi-vitamin to a prenatal and added some extra B12, D and Calcium. You also will want to talk to your OB about gestational diabetes testing early on. Finding an OB that is knowledgable about WLS is difficult.
