Hi everyone, I Have been reading the message board for adout six months.My name is Roxanne i did have my surgery one week ago today 8-19-09 i am doing good I had the lap roux-en -y.
looking forward for my new journey.I  did meet some of you at the stillwater coffee you had in the spring.Just thought i would join in and wanted to say hi.

Hi Roxanne,
I remember meeting you there.  You were with your sister Linda?  Right?  Have you both had your surgery already?  How nice to have a sister to go through all of this with.  I will have my last DR visit on Sept. 18th and then I have the funky insurance which requires me to do the post op diet for two weeks which will start the next day.  The insurance company tells me instead of liquid diet it can be pureed.  Yippee!  Yuck!!!  I'll do anything to get this surgery I guess!  Good luck on your recovery.  How did you like Dr. Johnson?  He is my surgeon too.

Yes me and my sister Linda were both at the coffee and yes Linda also had her surgery the lap band and she is also doing good.And good luck to you and hope you get your date real soon.Dr.Johson is a real good.I am glad i had him for my surgeon.Take care
