Hey gang! How are you moving today?

Me? I am going to take a walk and do some weights.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I walked 2 miles at dawn this morning.  I have realy come to love the softness of the light at dawn and dusk when I seem to get most of my exercise.  It brings a sense of peace to my restless spirit.

I walked 3 miles at lunch time today.  My legs felt a little sore due, I think, to having ridden my bike hard last night after a week of no riding.

Having gone a bit nuts today, i rode my bike 14 miles after work tonight.  I made the entire ride in a single gear to build leg strength.

Worked out at the gym for two hours this morning.

 RP, you are right about quietly relieving your stress. Jack(our dog) and I walked around the block this morning. That's my limit right now but both of us are energized and ready to meet today's challenges.
