Water Areobic

Today i started water areobic and i was real fun but i really enjoyed the hot tub the best.

Steps in the water

I just started Swim Fitness classes last week, too! I love it! I joined the Community Center in Eden Prairie where you don't have to pay extra for classes. I laugh because our class is right after the high school girls swim team finishes their practice - I'm sure they are all rolling their eyes at the "old fat ladies jumping around in the water" ! I don't care - it's a fun workout.
