TUES: What are you eating?

Hey everyone!  What are you all eating?

B: Yogurt cup, cottage cheese
L: Salad
D: Ground beef and zuchinni or eggplant... I have this vegetable in my fridge and I have no idea what it is.... lol

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Keeping it light today...that MN crud got me yesterday but good!!!

B-yogurt and pineapple
L-chicken and peas
D-steak and mixed veggies

B-a few bites of left over fried rice
L-bolagna sandwich and cottage cheese
D-ham, cheesy potatoes and broccoli

eating, and UGHHH retasting later...yuck!

preB~ SF soy (protein) chai latte
coffee w/ ND creamer + SF chocolate and hazelnut
B~(I was naughty and ate a pop tart)
L~ Fresh fruit & 2 turkey /cheese roll-ups
more coffee and some water
S~ a couple of peanut M&Ms, 2 pieces of sal****er taffy and a PB chew
BAD CHOICES!!! the plugged my stoma and I began to slime and then  I had healthier option, but didn't make a healthy choice and I paid for it!

Back to my coffee and water

D~ may have to be liquid due to my afternoon episode...we'll see. I'll have a raspberry peach protein shake or if my pouch forgives me I'll eat some leftover chicken and green beans.

I have a date tonite, so the evening refreshments are up in the air. I will definitely NOT be eating. Don't want to **** off pouchy any further. And NO SWEETS!!! (other than my date, of course.)
