I walked two miles this morning.

I wqlked 3 miles at lunch time.  What a beautiful day!

I am going to try to get back to the gym later.
 
I went this morning at 7:00....got sick and turned around and came back home...UGH!

I finally got myself to the gym this morning after avoiding it for months.

Did the treadmill and stretched.

Wow, you sure burn a lot less calories at 148 than at 260!
