How can they deny?

I was denied 3 times before I got approved -- and it was all technicality issues like having two separate attempts of 3 consecutive months.  I had years of records and diets that failed but nothing older than 2 years even counted.   Then I had some visits and skipped a month somewhere and they didn't like it.   Even my co-morbidites didn't seem to matter to them so you just step back, and do exactly what they ask.

Regroup, check your records, make sure you have consecutive visits and if you don't, start scheduling them as soon as possible.

I had the same problem. I went to my doctor and my fitness trainer. They gathered the information I needed. I was then approved. It doesn't have to be 6 consecutive months....just proof of six months. My doctor and trainer also wrote letters.
DON'T  give up....that is what they want you to do!!!
