Hey gang!!! What are you eating today?

Me?? I'm doing very well with my food choices... I am very proud of myself. Here's the plan:

B: 2/3 cup cottage cheese
S: Milk
L: Brussel sprouts, cheese (1/2 cup)
D: Ribs

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
