Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone! I'm up and at 'em this morning. Had my sleep study last night and didn't sleep too good with all those wires connected to my head. I imagine I looked like an electrical freak. LOL A nightmare in myself. Lucy did get to come by and see me last night before lights out, but I'm glad she didn't see me with all those wires. HAHA!
Our challenge for today is to "think". Think before we act. Think before we say. Think before we DO! I know that doing is the same as acting in itself. If we will think before we do something, act in a way, or say something that will hurt, we will save ourselves and others a lot of pain. We so easily get ourselves in trouble by saying and doing before we think. Boy! Am I guilty of this one! I'm having to eat my words as I type this today. May we all....always...THINK BEFORE WE SAY OR/AND "DO"!
So, what cha sippin' on this morning? I'm enjoying some awesome Millstone Chocolate Velvet coffee before going to class today. Sure is good too. Gotta love it. Only thing missing is you, my friends!
Have a wonderful and blessed Thursday as WE think!!!

For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"

One day recently (I'm pre-op), I mentioned to a good friend at work I was feeling bad because I overate at our work lunch. She (a normal size person) said a long time ago she figured out the time to feel bad was BEFORE she ate the food, not after. After its done, its done and gone, but up until then you can make a better decision. Feeling bad AFTER just makes it worse. I like that lesson. If you think before you do, often you won't!
