THURS: What are you eating?
Hey fine folks! I have been working very hard at tracking all my food and it REALLY, REALLY helps!!
Here's my plan for Thursday:
B: I'm fasting for labs (unless I forget... lol)
L: Cottage cheese, strawberries
S: 1-point popcorn
D: Salmon salad - Italian salad, salmon, eggs, cherry tomatoes, cheese
S: Whipped cream and frozen strawberries/blueberries
