How are you moving today?

Yesterday I worked my ass off cleaning the house! Donated two car loads of stuff to Goodwill... what a workout!!

Today I will do more of the same.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I biked 8 miles this morning.  I woke up a little too late to go on my normal route.  I plan to walk at lunch time today.

I walked 3 miles at lunch time today.  It was so nice out there that I still can't figure out why I came back to work.  I spent most of my walking time thinking about the loss of my dog.

Gym this morning-- 1 mile on the treadmill, then strength training routine.

I joined a gym last week...wooohoooo!!

I do water aerobics, weight, cardio and resistance training. Can't walk much yet but I WILL get there!!

I took Cupcake to the dogpark & then we walked around the lake, 2.8 some miles. That was a nice walk considering I had the dog & the kids.
