Can't keep food or water down - for 24+ hours

Crap... I knew things were going too smoothly ... I haven't kept anything down for 24 hours now.

My head feels like I was next to a sub-woofer for hours (ouch) and my body aches like it's never ached before.  Even my elbows hurt.

Called the surgeons office and am going in tomorrow morning to get scoped.. sounds like a stricture.. Easily fixed they tell me..

But for now.. I am miserable..   I wonder if it is getting dehydrated that is making me feel so awful.. any ideas?

Being dehydrated will DEFINITELY make you feel lousy!   if you can't keep anything down, not even small sips of water?  You're doing the right thing seeing your doc.  Could very well be a stricture -  Although I had very similar symptoms a couple of times long before my WLS, and had small bowel obstructions both times.  i wouldn't wish that on ANYONE!

Right now if feels like my pouch is stuffed full and backing up my esophogus.. but there is nothing in it!  It's the darndest feeling..

I'm going to try to get some sleep - it's going to be hard with this headache.

Oh, sweetie!  I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble!  Hopefully it's a simple fix.  I read a bio here that mentioned this sort of thing and she actually had a vitamin stuck in her little pouch opening that was causing the trouble.  Sigh.
