WHERE DOES TIME GO? ALREADY 9 MONTHS POST-OP
Hello my fellow MN OH'ers!
I am over 9 month's post-op and I have lost 161 pounds since I decided to have Gastric Bypass surgery. I am currently working out about 4 times a week - usually jogging on the treadmill and also total conditioning classes that focus on core body workouts. I currently weigh 219 pounds and I have 29 pounds left to lose in order go reach my goal weight of 185 pounds.
08/13/2009: 219 Pounds
11/08/2008: 352 Pounds
Thanks to EVERYONE for your unconditional friendship and support. I hope I can make a coffee at the end of the month. I will be in Minne on Saturday, August 29th. Please let me know if there will be any coffees in Minne going on!

My initial strategy will be to increase my workouts and decrease my carbs. I'll try using the new fangled food tracking capabilities here on OH to help me give everyone a snapshot of what I am currently doing. I do have to say that my weight loss has tapered down a lot in the last month. Only two pounds lost, but it's all GOOD in the end!
