B- 4 bites of a saugage and egg croissant, 3 cheesy tots
L-1/2 hotdog with bun, jello with cherries, a few bites of beans, 1 bite of mac n cheese, 1 bite of potato salad (god daughters birthday party)
D- I am frying chicken and making corn on the cob (my new crack, got sick of burger king...lol)

S: cottage ch & Yogurt mixed together (flax seeds added too)
L: Bocca w/harvarti cheese (no bun)

D: Marinated chicken breast on the grill YUMMY!!!!!
S: frozen grapes and SF popsicle
I had almonds in there this afternoon!!!!!!
I am proud today because my family ordered Old Piper Inn piizza and I wrapped up a couple to have tomorrow. I am bound and determined to ONLY eat what I have planned and written down the night before!!! It's working!!!!!!!!
