SOOOOOOOOO MADDDDDD

Today I get a little upset and call again, refusing to leave a message and demanding (in a polite but frusterated way) to talk to someone.  Sorry ma'am but your doctor and nurse are out for the week.  I said how long am I supposed to wait?  She said call your PCP for the results.  By now I am getting more irritated.

So I call my PCP office and they said you have to leave a message for his nurse and they will call you back, so I did.  Well it was getting close to clinic closing time so I called again.  When I called again I was notified that my doctor and nurse were not even in today.  Nice of them to tell me that this morning.  I said I want my results now.  So she says leave a message for the treage (sp?) nurse and she will call you back.  She called back only to tell me she was holding results in her hand but could not tell me them untill a doctor reads them first.

Now my blood is starting to boil.  I said just when exactly will there be a doctor at either one of your 2 clinics.  She chuckled......I wasn't kidding.  She said WOW looks like your doctor will be here tomorrow.  I said can you please write a hand written note and put it on his desk to call me ASAP in the morning.  She said sure.  I really need to find new doctors, other than my Rhuemetologist who is wonderful.
