How are you moving today?

Me? Going to take the nordic poles for a spin.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I'm hoping to go running this morning, I hurt my knee yesterday morning so we'll see....

Marty is gone all week, so I'm trying to keep busy, and not die of bordem.....

I rode my bike 14 miles this morning.  I am going to have to get some lights for it pretty soon with sunrise getting later and later....speaking of which, the sunrise this morning was spectacular.

I plan to walk at lunch time.......which I did....4 miles or so.  It was really hard to come back into the office instead of just continuing to walk to my heart's content.

Funny. I thought of you this morning as I was on my deck throwing the ball for the dogs and a biker came speeding by.  It was about 5:15am and not as light out as it has been.  This was the first that I've noticed the shortness in daylight.  Be careful out there.

The best thing is...I have started an exercise regimine this morning...I am now going to be "moving" every morning when I get to work.

I get to work about 45 minutes before I have to start actually working, and I have been using that time to sit at my desk and play on the computer...NO MORE!  I am using that time to work out at the Snap Fitness center at work here.

This morning I did a 5 min. warm-up on the treadmill, did some weight machines working my arms & legs, then a 5 min cool-down on the bike. 

Tomorrow...I'll work on the core muscles...

Wish me luck to keep doing this daily!  I really want/need to do this....

Jogged 2.6 miles it sure is a lot harder in the warm weather.
