MON: How are you moving?

Hehe... happy Monday everyone! How are you moving today?
Me? Day off for me!
I have been up at the cabin for the past week and unable to post, but I wasn't entirely idle up there. Here is a brief summary of the exercise/physical activity I engaged in up in the north woods:
- I went on a 30 mile bike ride
- I went on a 42 mile bike ride
- I went on a couple of 2+ mile walks....I would have gone further, but the flies were awful
- I helped tear down an old 4 hole outhouse.....the floor was rotten and I almost fell in!
- I hand dug footings for a screen porch
- I hauled 5 pick-up loads of sand/gravel for a walking path
- I helped re-side an old shed (recycled siding from the outhouse)
- I went on a 14 mile bike ride when I got home last night. I had some trouble with my front brake and, finally, I got it adjusted well enough to get home, but it was dark to the point of bats flitting overhead as I wheeled through my neighborhood
- I walked 2 miles at dawn this morning. I plan to walk again later and maybe go on a bike ride, but it depends on the weather.
I walked 3 miles, more or less , at lunch time today. I wandered around downtown Minneapolis for awhile, then walked through Loring Park to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. On the way back, I stopped and sat on a bench across from a lovely circular garden in Loring Park to contemplate and meditate. The bench was hard on the old butt nub, a fact I didn't even notice until I stood up after meditating for a few minutes.
