WEDNESDAY: What are you eating?
So friends...it is hump day and a beautiful one at that! How are you fueling your body today?
Me...well...I NEED CAFFEINE!!!
B~ Banana Split protein shake
Coffee w/ SF hazelnut creamer (all morning)
S~ Cherry cobbler yogurt
more coffee - switched to SF vailla creamer
L~ Since coffee doesn't quite qualify as a food group, I'll be having crab & shrimp salad with a couple of crackers
SF raspberry iced tea (still need caffeine, but ready to mix up the beverages)
S~ Dove dark chocolate square
D~ out with a friend - so some type of protein and veggie something...
